Tract 1 holds the 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house, along with three barns, an indoor arena and guest house. Tract 2 presents 90 acres of vacant land with 50 feet of road frontage, and Tract 3 includes the entire 163-acre property. Auction date is December 7th.
